During collection launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
3. International Shipping
Delivery times vary by destination.
Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
4. Shipping Delays
Makena is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Makena pieces are produced in limited quantities. We encourage careful review of sizing and product details before purchasing.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
    •    The item is unworn
    •    Unwashed
    •    In original condition
    •    In original packaging
Proof of purchase is required.
2. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size adjustments where stock is available.
If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Return Shipping

All purchases from Makena are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Returns are strictly limited to exchanges for items that meet our eligibility criteria.

Makena releases selected products on a pre-order basis to maintain quality control and limited production standards.
1. What Pre-Order Means
Pre-order items are produced after purchase. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your piece before production is completed.
2. Production Timeline
All pre-order items have a 4-week production period from the date of purchase.
This production window allows us to uphold our quality standards and limited release model. While we aim to meet this timeframe precisely, unforeseen manufacturing or logistics delays may occur.
3. Shipping of Pre-Orders
Pre-orders will ship once the 4-week production period has been completed and your item has passed quality control.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock item will be dispatched separately within our standard 2–4 business day processing time, while the pre-order item will ship once production is complete.
Additional shipping fees may apply for split shipments where applicable.
4. Cancellations
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the 4-week production timeline.
5. Exchanges & Returns
Pre-order items are subject to our standard Refund & Exchange Policy unless otherwise stated on the product page.
